All turbo chargers go through our extensive quality control process. We use only OEM parts in remanufacturing our turbo chargers, in order to ensure efficient run time. The turbo charger is first disassembled and all critical surfaces and dimensions are tested to meet original specifications. All bearing housings are tested for seal integrity and signs of wear. The turbo chargers are then repaired in our environment control room with OEM repair kits and fully balanced compressor and turbine wheels. Housings are blasted to bare metal and assembled with the turbo charger cartridge.
