T & B Repairs services many different manufacturers for both horizontal and vertical applications of pumps. We offer new or repairs on centrifugal, chemical injection, plunger, deep well (submersible), diaphragm, large industrial engine pumps, gear pumps, and lube pumps. We stock the most common parts needed in repairing pumps in order to ensure a quick turn around, decreasing down time. We are a complete repair facility. We first disassemble the item and assess the failure cause. Next, we will mic all critical points to see if machine shop work is needed to fix bearing areas, washouts, seal area, or refacing. Once fully assessed and all parts needed are priced, we will quote the customer on the repair. |
